By accessing or using Findom Ireland ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Findom Ireland.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimers

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any user-generated content or interactions between users. You acknowledge that all interactions with other users are at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findom Ireland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
